Some background information of doujin games :

They are created by Japanese hobbyists or hobbyist groups much more for fun rather than earning money, in a way they are sort of considered as fangames. Most of them are based on pre-existing material, but some are entirely original creations. They are mostly created from anime,manga series and so on.

These games are kinda dated way back but i kinda fall in love with them the moment i see the screenshots and went to download them XD, i downloaded about 30 to 40 games of them and deleted the ones i don’t really like, so it turned out my laptop went BSOD on me 5 times in a row omg! Oh well~~~let me recommend some for you guys i mean they are really nice! =D I love Crucis FATAL/FAKE especially, fighting and anime type of style =3

I would prefer this rather than some street fighter games seriously XD, below is a video that have my favorite in it, Rider, the combo is so nice, just love using her to beat off the opponents XD~~~~

The game follows the Fate and Heaven’s Feel paths of Fate/Stay Night. When you begin an arcade mode the path you take is automatically decided by your character combination. The story is completely absent from gameplay as you simply fight your character’s enemies in whichever respective path they take. The game put emphasis on every fighting game aspect except for creating combos creating an incredibly unique fighting game experience.

YS: The Oath in Felghana

This is a must have game! A remake of the original which is only on PC, i totally love it man XD, i mean the storyline is really good and some of the bosses are really tricky and take a bit of time to deal with them, but it is all good, It is also actually a remake of Ys III: Wanderers from Ys. And the msot importantly which really the best of the game, is the music that is in it, simply amazing =3

The game-play follows the new model from the previous game, The Ark of Napishtim, with several improvements. Many things from the previous game were streamlined to keep the focus on the action as opposed to equipment and item management. For example, healing item and stat bonuses are no longer carried as items or accessories; instead, these bonuses are dropped from defeated enemies and are used upon pickup along with an experience bonus for attack combos, these bonuses are maintained through constant combat. Magical attacks are now much more frequent and important compared to their occasional use in Napishtim.

Blood Over

BloodOver is a fighting game that features gorgeous 3D graphics and an impressive array of executable moves. The main protagonist carries two guns with her that can be fired by pressing the Z key. She is accompanied by another girl, who can be called upon to unleash the destructive power of her gatling gun by tapping the C key. This attack is only allowed when the player has collected some blood. The maid is very power if you manage to use her attack XD, where do you get to see a maid who use machine gun anyways haha~, but the game play is cool all right, just hitting mobs and stuffs and engaging with the bosses.

Crescent Pale Mist

CPM is a wonderful side scrolling action adventure game. It is very Bullet Hell like, because some of the attacks the Bosses do, are reminiscent of the Touhou Series / Shoot ‘em Up games. Fantastic little style game, the fighting while move in different direction, nice combo and graphics~

Akatsuki Shisei Ichigou

This game featured awesome graphics, characters, stages, moves, and more, this really is one of the best Dojin Soft fighting games around. You can unlock secret characters, which also adds to the replay value. You can also choose lots of different coloured outfits for the characters you choose. What’s more, is that this game has a Tag Battle mode, which is really good. I would say this game has the potential to rival a commercially made game. I love the combo very much especially Marilyn Sue, her breaking fist is damn powerful, used her to defeat a few opponents =-3 and unlocked other nice character in the game, it is really nice!
