My Butterfly JukeBox
No more pain
for everything will
become ashes
Even though I know
that my love will
never reach you
I will still continue to
love you uncontrollably
My dear butterfly
don’t you ever stop
continue on the road
I will protect you
from the storm
There will be
no more pain
The butterfly bids farewell
in her final love letter
I pray for a miracle
and I wish someone will
rescue my future
and resurrect my
key of life
I need a miracle
as I don’t want to be
in misery
My mirror was broken
The end has only begun…
My dear butterfly
even though
we may not have a future
together
please always remember that
you are my angel…

That’s fantastic! Very soothing.
=P The butterfly remix for you^^~
Riika, This is beautiful. Your background music is lovely, too. It does not interfere with reading, it makes reading soothing. Your use of butterfly in the piece works very well. I love this. Thank you for sharing. ~Brenda
Thank for stopping by Brenda and i am glad you like it^^~I specially chose Yiruma’s piano music to go with my blog as I am doing most of the poetry writings and novel writing, they are very well-composed
! And i should say once more <3 Butterflies~
I love your entire site – the butterfly is gorgeous, the poem graceful and lovely, and you even included links to the songs cited! I was far too busy to get into this prompt, so I’m glad you were ambitious enough for, say, three poets!

, I myself personally don’t really listen to music unless they really caught my attention like the lyrics and the music, i tend to appreciate more toward that side =D and these are great singers out there which have the song really flowing through me=P
Love the line about the end only just beginning. Enjoyed this!
=P The song is excellent as well, that’s why I decided to use it ;D
This is a real WOW poem. I love butterflies, too.
Cool how you write to the butterfly. Amazing image for the post too!

Extremely clever, and very detailed. Such fun. You have some CD’s I’ve never heard of….. I love thinking of a butterfly as an angel!
