Cursed Lips
With betrayal and lies
Devoted to darkness
and set to kill
in the name of love
Lights went on
The nightclub roars
As I search for the next victim
and there he is on the dance floor
lusting among the
half-naked women
No dignity and pride
just a world full of lies
I shall deliver judgement upon him
with the cursed lip of mine
Take my hands and lean closer
our eyes met and you smiled
our lips met and I grinned
Draining every bit of your life away
in the name of love
with the
Kiss of Death

From within the shadows
he lies in wait
watching as the crowd
flowed past
like a mighty roaring river
made of flesh
until at last he saw her
the chosen one
who would give him life
cease to exist
after he’d consumed
the sweet essence
of her inner being known
as the human soul
the food of the Star Masters
the shepherds
created by the all knowing
artificial intelligence
known as Mother Nature
goddess of love
the giver of life and death
