The Wall Is My Armor

It is unbreakable
like an armor of
massive defense and
there is no key
in this world
can ever open
the lock because
there is no keyhole
It was built over time
as I forget how to love
with all my heart and soul
not even you can save me
from the torment and pain I endured
I need to forget everything yet they still remains
The armor that held my fragile heart which can break anytime
Will you be the one breaking through this armor and embrace me
or will the armor break my heart up before I can truly experience love?

This is an entry to The Thursday Think Tank Prompt # 14 – Walls hosted at Poets United.

    • Yes it is kind of personal actually, even though I maybe young still, but when you realize you love someone truly with your heart for the first time and in the end he can only return you despair and pain…that kind of feeling will forever remained in one’s heart…and even time somehow can’t heal it, I chose to accept and moved on but in my own way :)
