Escape
I
always
thought that
I can run away
from everything
that happened in
my life, I was wrong
or maybe I shouldn’t be thinking of it in the beginning
Through the dark tunnel of reality
everything seems so real
yet it was what make it so ugly
that you want to run out of it
immediately and forget you ever went through there
breaking free from reality and seek fantasy
but I will always come back to where I truly belong
and then I ask myself
what’s point of trying to escape when you are just
going round and round
drifting with the
flow into the
tunnel of
reality
?

I’ve always enjoyed science fiction..and you poem reminded me of a video I saw once where the people would try to escape this sleepy little village only to return no matter what road they took…all of which is pointles in a way…but I so did enjoy the poem.
